We Offer a Full Array of Menus:

Perhaps you have heard it said, “The menu is the backbone of the Nutrition Services Department”. It determines your food costs, staffing pattern, and equipment needs. A good menu must match your needs, as well as satisfy your clientele. If your menu is falling short in any of these areas, it can be very frustrating and time consuming to everyone. Your nutrition Services Department cannot be successful if your menu is not successful.

We understand that every facility is different, including their menu needs. If your facility is struggling with menus, chances are we have a menu that can meet your needs. We offer an array of menus - which are utilized in nursing homes, assisted living facilities, group homes and hospitals.

LTC indicates Long Term Care.

All menus utilize the point system and are three week cycles, unless otherwise specified.

We also write customized versions of the above mentioned menus. C. L. Gerwick’s support of your menus does not end when the menus are shipped to your facility. Our office staff is just a phone call away, and available to assist you if you have questions about menus or recipes. Your consultant can provide you with additional information, or you may call our office at 1-888-383-3464.

Our menus utilize smaller portion sizes, designed to meet the nutritional needs of the Long Term Care population.

The Quality in Quantity Cookbook and a NEC Diet Manual are required to implement the menu program.
